Here, you'll find both the mission statement and a situational analysis of the subject of this marketing plan. Both artifacts frame the direction of this project, serving as useful background information to the final marketing plan.

We are committed to delivering accessible and high quality care specifically to the student population at IU Indianapolis. Our mission is to allow these students to recieve this care without any barriers. We prioritize our compassion and empathy in our services while promoting student success.

The analysis will include a breakdown of the internal and external factors such as the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Campus Health. It will also include a few environmental forces which can give us an explanation for weaknesses. Finally a competitor research section including how our competitors challenge and compare to our organization.
